What are some North Korean potato recipes?

I like potatoes and am always interested in new ways to cook them. Apparently they eat a lot of potatoes in North Korea. How do they make them? What are some North Korean potato recipes?
Korean Seasoned Potatoes

2 medium potatoes

2 tablespoons soy sauce

2 teaspoons sugar or substitute sweetener

1 teaspoon minced garlic

2 teaspoons sesame seeds

2 teaspoons sesame oil

4 tablespoons minced scallion

Peel potatoes and dice, placing in cold water to prevent browning.

Drain and place in saucepan with just enough water to barely cover potatoes. Bring to boil and cook just until tender, 3 to 4 minutes.

Meanwhile, in bowl, combine soy sauce, sweetener, garlic, sesame seeds, sesame oil and scallion. Drain cooked potatoes well and add to soy sauce mixture, tossing well. Chill. These are meant to be served cold.

OR you could try this one, which is a little bit different
